The Bad Seed is a funny tale about a sunflower seed with a BAD attitude. He’s so bad, he never washes his hands! He tells lies! He cuts in line, every time! In due course, we learn that the bad seed wasn’t always so bad and that perhaps his loneliness and sadness has changed him into a bitter bud.

The seed decides to change his life around and start making better decisions. Does he become a good seed? Not really, but he tries to make an effort and the little positives start to catch up.

Children will like how BAD this seed is. (How bad is he? He tells pointless jokes with no punchlines.) He is relatable because all children are naughty on purpose at some point. Parents will like this character because he is redeemable. He consciously strives to become a better seed and while he’s not perfect, it’s a grand standard to live up to.
